Did You Know?
Navigating around the website is made simpler by use of the
coloured icons shown at the top of each page. As you move your cursor over each
icon, another appears along with the title for the corresponding page it links
to. Have a good look around and if you get lost at any point, you can always
refer to the "Site Map"
page, a link for which can also be found at the top of this and every other
page.

■ Keep your eyes peeled for our
forthcoming cake sales over on the "At A Glance Calendar". If anyone wishes
to contribute their culinary talents, then please bring a cake (or
several!!) along to the sale of your choosing.
■ Friday 18th
July sees the school hosting it's ever-popular Summer Carnival. The children
will make a colourful and musical procession around the village, setting off
from the school grounds at 5.45pm. Then it’s back to the playground for the
grand finale, before cracking open a bottle or three to celebrate. There’ll
be games, a raffle and plenty of food on offer, and food tickets will be on
sale soon. Further details to follow.
■
An ever-popular fundraiser, the 100 Club now has a limited
number of new numbers available. It’s easy to join and could make money for
you, as well as the school! For £12 a year, your unique number is entered
into a monthly draw, and if it’s picked out, could win you £25, £10 or £5. To download a form go to the Fundraising page on this website.
■
Future events in the pipeline, as yet to be confirmed include: A Treasure
Hunt, Race Night, our infamous Quiz Night, the ever popular Christmas Fair
and next year a Valentine's Disco. Watch this space for more details, as and
when information becomes available.
This message will now be repeated. If you wish to pause to read a particular
section at any time then move your mouse over the text.
Past Fundraisers 2007/8
■ Information on funds raised over the last five months detailing the last major events, namely
the Xmas Fair, Quiz Night and the Sweetbeats concert, will I hope be available for publication shortly.

How To Become A "Friend"
Interested in becoming a 'friend' of the school & joining the PTFA? If so, then
you'll need to fill out an
application
form? Please note that within it, you will find a separate
application form for the Gift Aid program, which allows us to claim tax relief
on any donations you make, thereby boosting the funds we can plough back in to
the PTFA.
Your Ideas & Suggestions
We would be glad to hear from you with any ideas or suggestions you might have
to assist in our fundraising
programme this coming year. Please don't be afraid to suggest something. Your ideas are
always welcome at meetings. Just come along or have a word with any one of our
committee members. A warm reception is guaranteed! If you can't come along in
person, or speak to one of our committee members directly, then read on.
